Export Control Notice
Certain products, technical data, and services provided by Aether Advanced Systems Corp are subject to export control under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 CFR Parts 120–130, administered by the U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 CFR Parts 730–774, administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
Our Commitment
Aether Advanced Systems Corp is committed to full compliance with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations. We maintain a comprehensive export compliance program that includes:
- Designated Empowered Official (EO) responsible for all ITAR compliance matters
- Written export compliance policies and procedures reviewed annually
- Mandatory export control training for all employees with access to controlled information
- Pre-screening of all foreign contacts, customers, and partners against restricted party lists
- Physical and electronic access controls for ITAR-restricted technical data
- Incident reporting and voluntary disclosure procedures
USML Categories
Aether Advanced Systems Corp holds active registrations with the DDTC and conducts activities related to the following categories of the United States Munitions List (USML):
- Category IV — Launch Vehicles, Guided Missiles, Ballistic Missiles, Rockets, Torpedoes, Bombs, and Mines
- Category XI — Military Electronics
- Category XX — Submersible Vessels and Related Articles

Aether Advanced Systems Corp maintains a Department of Defense facility clearance at the Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level. Our Facility Security Officer (FSO) manages all personnel security and classified information handling in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), 32 CFR Part 117.
